These enterprises largely fall into the following categories: partners, hosts or vendors at events or trade shows, research partners and enterprises that deploy or working with Motion Imager’s background, current and future IPs technology that include Motion Imager’s technology and business model artefacts . We might also obtain information through a partner as part of our business operations. This kind of data is used for work such as improving algorithms and data models, product testing and improvement, enhancing existing products and developing new capabilities and features.

Personal data is only collected if you provide it to us when  filling out forms or sending e-mails, as well as when ordering products or services, when making inquiries or requests for information/materials. The personal data we collect will only be used to fulfill our obligations to you and for other purposes with your express consent. You can revoke your consent to the use of your personal data at any time by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address given below for contact details.

We only use Google Analytics with the activated IP anonymization described above. This means that your IP address will only be processed by Google in abbreviated form. A personal reference can be excluded.

We use Google Analytics for the purpose of being able to analyze the use of our website and to be able to continuously improve individual functions and offers as well as the user experience. By statistically evaluating user behavior, we can improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. This is also our legitimate interest in the processing of the above data by Google. The legal basis is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter f) GDPR.
